Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Aerobee Automotive, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Cancellations

   • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

   • Once an order has been processed for shipping, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

   • Refunds will be processed only after we receive 5 clear photos and 2 videos of the product in its original condition.

   • If the submitted photos and videos do not meet our quality standards, the refund request will be rejected.

   • A processing fee of Rs. 500 will be deducted from the refund amount.

   • Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

3. Conditions for Returns

   • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and free from damage.

   • Customers must bear the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
